Privacy notice
This notice covers the website at searchclickgroup.com, run by Search Click Group Ltd (company no. 06531280), 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this site.
What we collect
Supplier information requests. If you use the form on this site, we collect your name, organisation, work email, phone number (if given), what you need and any details you add. The form is sent to us by email through our email provider, Resend.
Emails. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps short-lived server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to run the site securely. Our fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How we use it
We use form submissions and emails only to reply and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. Analytics data is used only in aggregate to improve the site. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract. For analytics, our lawful basis is your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for up to six years after a contract ends for legal and accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with providers that help us run the business, such as hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and, if you accept cookies, analytics (Google), under contract, or where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We only use cookies if you say yes. If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) to count visits and see which pages are useful. IP addresses are anonymised. If you click Decline, no analytics load and no cookies are set.
We remember your choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. You can change your mind at any time using in the footer.
Our other sites
Brandaris, our products and the partner portals have their own privacy notices, shown on those sites.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email eugene@searchclickgroup.com. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
